Classes

Classes will be offered weekly, beginning Tuesday, Sept 2 and conclude on Friday, June 5.
Additionally, no classes will be held on the following holidays:
Oct. 2- Gloucester Homecoming Parade
October 31- Halloween
November 26, 27, 28, 29- Thanksgiving
December 22-January 3- Winter Break/Christmas
April 6-11- Spring Break
May 25- Memorial Day
 

Tuition

Tuition is based on a 35-week year and  broken into 10 installments, due and payable on the first of each month. All accounts not paid by the seventh of the month will be charged a $5.00 late fee. Tuition is non-refundable and will not be reduced for missed classes.  Makeup classes are available so check with your teacher. Payment may be made in person by cash or checks or online with card.  Checks may be mailed to PO Box 565, Gloucester, VA, 23061. Returned checks incur a $50 fee.

Parents/Legal Guardians are responsible for tuition payments in full until the studio manager is notified in writing of a student's withdrawal. Dancer(s) may NOT withdraw after May 1st due to end-of-year performance preparations. In the case of a student withdrawing, the unpaid balance is still owed.
 

Class Size

Class Size
All classes must maintain an enrollment of at least 6 dancers in order to remain active on the class schedule. Classes that fall below that minimum for one month may be cancelled or may revert to the “create your own” class rates. 
 

Calendar

2025-2026 classes begin Tuesday, September 2, 2025. The studio observes major holidays, i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. All other holidays and school free days will not disrupt the regularly scheduled classes. If school is canceled due to weather conditions, please call (804)694-5900 or refer to the parent portal to verify cancellation and make-up schedule.

New- Create your own class!
If your schedule just does not allow you to take one of our scheduled classes, consider assembling a few of your closest friends for a class tailored just for you. Classes must have a minimum of 3 participants (or they will fall under the trio rate), up to 6 participants and depend upon the availability of an instructor. Techniques and styles will be limited to those already on the class schedule as well as Elemental Body Alignment System and Pilates.  Classes will run on a trial basis for 6 week, after  which terms may be further negotiated. Tuition Rate: $450 per 6 week term, divisible by the number of students participating.
